Giving Value toWest TV

I plan to approach this job differently than I’ve approached any job in the past. Magic Shows and Classes I viewed as a way to have fun while making a little money. Regal I viewed as trading the possibility of having fun for the necessity of having money. City Year I viewed as a way to help kids while seeing how little money was really a necessity :). This job, I will view as an exercise in how much value I can give, to business, the people who work there, and the kids who I will be working with. I’ll be looking in every way to see what I can add to the business, how I can bring more to the table, and how I can make life easier for the people who work there. I will of course look to keep what I receive and what I give in balance… but I will lead first and foremost with the giving, and how much I can maximize it.
